真的想起好多回忆哦~

一起的日子~

首先~
一早去到学校~站在一起谈天(吹水)
回到班上，一时认真读书一下，一时偷懒一下，一时赶着抄功课。。
还有和我坐在一堆的JI MUI 讲阿婆话 B) YnY, Ah Ban, Yi Wai~整日都讲人家坏话!!(不包括我 ~哈哈!!)
还有我geh私人助理Miss Yny 整日帮我收拾东西~~
然后就谈天 :) 这里走，那边走。等放学 ~~

放学了，准备去补习~都会去吃mum mum 先~哈哈~以前常常有机会一起吃东西~现在对我来说好像真的有点难。。不过我相信~一定还会有机会的!
补习的时候阿~~有时就专心一下~有时就吵一下~有时争位子一下~有时zhan zhoon就coca-cola参糖果一下~有时hin请喝一下~有时就Namo Cetti ，揭地，一下~Eddy 一下~Short circuit 一下~还有还有!!家伦大便没关门一下 !!  :) 不过我忘记了是谁开那个门~~哈哈~

还有一段时间~坐了Ah John 的车很多次去bus station 的~
打机后，诳街后，看戏后，华语讲座后，考试后~
最记得考完后就在ah john的车里后悔~:‘后悔某努力读!考完出来一定要努力读!!’~哈哈

Find Zhan Zhoon, then go to KFC 开会~
Secretary 做会议记录~庆幸的是，planning was successfully carried out.
打球没book 到场，去找家伦~说去吃sushi buffet, 结果去了KFC。。哈哈。然后点俊叶去游车河，最后什么都还没吃就回家~
Hin~~一通电话:‘吃左早餐没??找埋他们去香港吃黑椒’~就这样出了来~~
还有还有。。载我去bercham 打球，在high way 和uncle 跑车。然后打完后找你geh 女神吃野，最尾~~wow~~ 哈哈~~大wok 野~~
一起的时间用手指都数不完~

Zhan Zhoon 就是出名gay lou geh =.=
整天gap 我 :P
看到leng zai 又gap 着人家 B)
还整天说自己是校草~ XD 吾系我讲么野阿，卑人地听到吾系gei 好geh mar~~
不过，你都教我好多东西一下 B) 被你gap 下无所谓啦 B)

哈哈~~虽然一段时间没什么接触到~不过最后还是一起玩了一段时间，一起打球~~爽!!
见到你就要说的名言:‘不用读书啊??某拿埋书出来咩??’ 哈哈!!

游泳的~~不懂为什么那个印度人那么奇怪 :P 不过下次我们再去挑战他们!!哈哈~!

如果三月多有机会的话~~一定要plan 爽爽的一天~~ 一天也好，两天也好~~哈哈~~不懂有没有机会呢~~
不过有没有机会都好~~永远都是好朋友~~不管分开多久~~
我们有的是回忆~我们有的是友谊!

好想回去哦~可是阿，也不能太依赖家吧~
Chef Daniel 说得对，每个人总有一天要离开家~ 除非甘愿留在自己的井里当井底之蛙~不然，每个人都要争取到外面见识的机会哦~

想了想~~其实自己是过着很特别的休息哦~
辛苦后的休息，肯定比平淡的吃和睡甜美~
我的工作就好像在上课那样~~去学我不曾见过的东西~
休息时又可以到处去诳诳~
只是用不同的方式来休息 :)

当然~~有时很辛苦，很寂寞，很闷，很累，很。。。
不过这一切都是我人生其中一个挑战~几个月只是人生的0.001%~
I must HANG ON!!
就好像add math 那样 ， 遇到难题，放下笔还是继续??

不过有个很hurt的是，听到朋友说:‘‘为了钱丢下朋友’’。。。
难道只有永远黏在一起的才是朋友吗?
而分开了还对你们念念不忘的就不是真正的朋友??。。
打电话回去问候却听到这句，整个人都闷了哦，好伤我心哦~。。
每个人都得去追求自己所需要的东西阿~分开都在所难免~
可是~友谊万岁，友谊永固~永远都不会忘记你们的 :)
何况我们一定还有大把机会‘缘聚’的 :) 大家一起加油吧!!

29.12.2010 ~ Pasta Tomato Source

Today is different a bit.

I discovered that there is a swimming pool at opposite of my blok. So, I went to the pool today. 

Entrance fee onli $050. So, I swam at there this early morning. The water is damn cool at the morning. But never mind, finally I found a place for to exercise so that I will not become 'fei zai'. Everyday morning I can go swim now :) ...

Everyday will learn something new. Today I learn to make pasta tomato source.

28.12.2010 - Off Day

Relax day for me :) 

No need to go work today.

Morning, my mum brought me to the nearest shopping complex 'Parkway Parade'. Every area will have a small complex in Singapore. Unfortunately, received a call from HR department. They asked to go to Tanjong Pagar, place to make my work permit. I have to go back to my working place and take the document and then go to Tanjong Pagar. Oh my god, they are really smart, asked me to do this thing during my holiday.

Never mind, before I went back home, I bought a cup of famous bubble tea '珍珠奶茶’. Imagine buy a cup of tea need to take number and wait.

It name is KOI. Have many branches.

27.12.2010- Learn make cake

Today I learn something new.

I learn to make a simple chocolate cake. Deo- Sos chef of my restaurant teached me.

My restaurant is not specialise in cake so we just make a simple cake for desert. Deo is very expert in making sos and dessert.

Today is also second birthday for she in chinese. Everything coincide well. I learnt it by heart. Successful produced the simple Hot Chocolate Lava. This cake is only require some basic skill, so I think I can master it well. :) Have chance, I can gift to you if you dare to eat :P

                                       That is not my hand. Is Deo hand, he is black skin.

Anyway, happiness is always not last long. Because of personal reason. I am damn sad today. Disappointed and Sad... Never mind. It will be all right...

Tomorrow is tuesday. My off day. I think my mum will bring me to buy something. But.. I no mood now..

25.11.2010~ Christmas

Merry Christmas
Today is less people compare to yesterday.
Today a set of 4 dishes is $60 = RM130, is really expensive!!
For your information, it is very small plate. Really not suit us who like to eat buffet, steamboat :P

As usual, finished my work at 10.30 p.m, going to walk back home. The sky was raining. Luckily my sister and her boyfriend came and fetch me. But they were not fetching me to home, but fetch me to airport.
Today I learned a different culture.
Singaporean treat airport as a 24 hours shopping complex. There is as many stall as shopping complex. I saw many people were still shopping at airport at 12.00 a.m.
Government is very intelligent in development of the airport to make it become a ''24 hours shopping complex''.
Airport is separate to many terminal. Terminal 3 is now the latest and newest. Each terminal is well-develop. It will be very interesting to see people say want to go shopping at airport.

Joanne Lee's birthday :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO  U!!

But I was sad because I did many mistake.

Today is the most peak day since I work here.

The most critical mistake I did was mixing up the different medium beef together.
The beef chop have different raw percentage, such as medium raw, medium , medium well, well done.

When I shifted the plate from 1 place to another plate, I mixed them up unwittingly.

As the result, customers keep return back their beef to cook again.

Anyway, today I learn medium raw, medium, medium well, well done. Next time go to high class restaurant also know how to order.

Another thing, you know how much per person the dinner set in Jackson's Miller restaurant?
2 peaces of scallop, 1 soap (half of the cup used by pizza hut), 1 lamb/beef/turkey(choose either one), 1 dessert. TOTAL $65 PER PERSON  = RM150 per person!

4 dishes RM150 PER PERSON ..... Oh My God.....
